• Standard rates apply across Australia, with extra charges for offshore islands and remote areas.

Freight & Delivery Times

• Bulky items (e.g., cube shelves, bookcases, long boxes) may incur additional freight fees.
• Delivery is via Direct Freight Express or Australia Post (no PO boxes).
• Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they’re restocked.
  

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for faulty products.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
• All deliveries must be signed for unless specified at checkout.
• We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all purchases (excluding clearance items and seconds).
• Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging (protective seals must remain intact).
• Installed or assembled items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• A 5% admin fee applies to Afterpay & Zip Pay returns/cancellations.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—insurance is recommended.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If in doubt, consult a licensed tradesperson experienced in wall-mounted shelving.
• Sydney customers can book our fitting service for installation.
