This shelf has 2 predrilled holes to suit these brackets so it can be fitted as a floating shelf into brick/cement walls only. Latest finish Austrian manufactured high quality Oak sand veneer laminated shelf is 19 mm thick for much greater weight capacity and a more stylish modern appearance. Fit as a floating shelf with the 90979ZP brackets (into brick/cement type walls only) or use midi clip brackets, bloc, Eliot, 19mm poly clip brackets featured here or the highly recommended new 19 mm slot bracket here. For higher weight capacity use the functional range such as Gloss Aluminium Arch brackets, strong beam, London, or the adjustable twintrack system. Please note the maximum weight capacity is only achieved when fitting to good condition solid brick type walls, or to the studs in a cavity wall.
