This floating shelf bracket measures 720x40x2.5mm and is designed to support shelves up to 1500mm in length, 300mm in depth, and a minimum thickness of 45mm. Properly mounted on solid brick or wooden stud walls, it can hold between 20 and 25kg of evenly distributed weight. The bracket incorporates 18mm diameter support rods positioned at a slight upward angle to prevent shelf sagging. Installation involves securing the bracket to the wall with suitable fixings and attaching the shelf using screws or tape. Note that capacity is reduced on hollow walls or with shelves deeper than specified, making correct fitting crucial for maximum load-bearing performance.
