Latest from shelvingshop is a glass shelf and an extruded anodised aluminium slot bracket kit. The glass is toughened safety and is 10mm in thickness for that high quality visual appeal, and is coupled with a high tech, high weight capacity slot bracket (the slot bracket weight capacity is dependent on wall type that it is installed onto). Glass size is 900mm wide x 300mm deep and 10mm thick. The bracket is 900mm long and accepts the 10mm thick glass shelf into the slot, giving the modern floating effect. Ideal for media equipment. Simple to install into solid walls with screws and plugs supplied for fitting to a brick/masonry type wall, or into cavity type walls using hollow wall anchors here. 4 are required per bracket. Please note the weight capacity of the kit will be dependent on the strength of the wall (gyprock) sheeting but expect up to 15kg of evenly distributed load on the shelf when fitted correctly by an experienced shelving installer using the recommended fixings to suit the wall type the bracket is being installed onto.
