Please see installation video here . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OSolGuHN0k The shelf is finished in the new rustic Ash real wood veneer laminate with the natural shade variation of real wood , the size is 600X250X50mm in thickness. The wall mounting bracket included plus fixings are supplied for fixing to a brick/cement type wall. Weight capacity of up to 15kg when fitted correctly using all fixing holes to a brick wall or onto studs in a cavity wall if stud position coincides with where the shelf is to be fitted. (extra holes can be drilled into the bracket base piece to coincide with fitting to wall stud positions, highly recommended ). The shelf bracket can be fitted to hollow cavity walls using these anchors here. use a minimum of 5 per shelf. Please note, when fitted only into gyprock sheeting the weight capacity of the shelf will be limited to the strength of the gyprock wall sheeting, but expect up to 10kg of evenly distributed load when fitted correctly by an experienced shelving installer using the high quality wall anchors . (we do not recommend wall mates type plasterboard anchors for fitting floating shelf brackets). Correctly installed floating shelf brackets will have no visible movement between the brackets base plate and the wall surface when load is applied to the bracket rods. The shelving installer must check this before fitting the shelves to the brackets.
