Latest release from shelvingshop is the hi tech glass shelf and extruded aluminium slot bracket kit. The glass is 10mm in thickness for that high quality visual appeal, coupled with a high tech, high weight capacity shelf slot bracket. Glass size is 600mm wide x 300mm deep and 10mm in thickness, the bracket is 600mm long and accepts the 10mm thick glass shelf into the slot covering the screw fixing points and giving the shelf the modern floating effect. Ideal for supporting and displaying media equipment. Simple to install into solid brick type walls utilising the screws and wall plugs supplied, or into cavity gyprock type walls using hollow wall anchors here. 4 are required per bracket. Expect up to 10kg of weight capacity when fitted correctly by an experienced shelving installer fitting into gyprock sheet using the recommended hollow wall anchors . For the best weight capacity fit to at least one stud in a cavity wall if possible, extra holes can be carefully drilled into the bracket to coincide with stud positions. (recommended)
