Stunning and modern 8mm thick "floating" glass shelf kit for use in bathrooms, kitchens and laundry areas or as a feature shelf in any room in the home. Simple to fit. Red glass shelf and Aluminium shelf slot bracket is included plus screws and plugs for fixing to solid brick/masonry type walls. Maximum weight capacity is only achieved when fitting to a solid wall or into studs in a hollow cavity wall. The kit can be fitted to Gyprock walls using good quality hollow wall anchors here , use 4 per bracket. Weight capacity would then be dependent on the strength of the wall sheet, but expect up to 10kg of evenly spread load when fitted correctly by an experienced shelving installer using the recommended wall fixings to suit the wall type.
