(brackets do not rust if used in wet environments) The flac brackets can also be used in alcoves for supporting glass shelves as the brackets can be used along the long side of a glass shelf or at either end of shelves (or both). Maximum shelf depth for best weight capacity is 120mm (up to 150mm for very light duty storage or display) if fitted only along one long side of a glass shelf, brackets are supplied with screws and plugs for installing to solid brick/masonry type walls. Space the brackets at a maximum of 400mm centres or on each stud in a cavity type wall. Ideal brackets for use with corner glass shelves (one or two brackets on either flat side (radius) of the shelf) on either 20cm,25cm or 30cm radius glass shelf, all 3 sizes are available on this website here. The flac clip brackets can be fitted to the gyprock wall sheet on hollow cavity type walls using our high quality wall anchors available here. 2 are required per bracket. Please note the weight capacity will be dependent on the strength of the drywall sheeting, if possible locate the studs and position bracket to coincide with wall studs if the length and positioning of your shelf spans one or two studs.
