3 x high quality matte white painted finish floating shelves make up this exclusive triple shelf deal, the size of the shelves is 600, 800 and 1200 long x 250mm deep and 38mm in thickness. Brackets are supplied plus screws and plugs for fitting to a solid brick wall. The floating shelves should ideally be fitted to solid brick walls for the best weight capacity, they can also be fitted to cavity gyprock type walls using the correct fixings, although please note the maximum weight capacity is only achieved when fitting to solid walls or to the wooden studs in a hollow cavity wall. Hollow wall fixings are available here, use a minimum of 5 per bracket (15 in total for the triple deal). Weight capacity when fitted only into gyprock sheeting can be up to 10kg but will be dependent on the strength of the drywall sheet. Expect up to 10kg per shelf when fitted by an experienced shelving installer using the recommended wall fixings to suit the wall type. We do not recommend using wall mates type hollow wall anchors for fitting floating shelf brackets. The 600 and 800 length shelves are supplied with this bracket and the 1200 length this bracket Correctly installed floating shelf brackets will have no visible movement between the brackets base plate and the wall surface when load is applied to the bracket rods. The shelving installer must check this before fitting the shelves to the brackets.
