Use this short wall upright to fit any of the single slot brackets as featured in single slot adjustable shelving on this website, alternatively fit the bookend brackets or the slide in sumo brackets. Ideal for fitting one bracket into this short length wall upright for fitting individual shelves giving good weight capacity when fitting to masonry walls or to the wooden studs in a cavity gyprock type wall. Fit a pair of single slot 400mm long brackets to 2 of these short uprights and select the ventilated basket for a simple storage option for any room in the house. The slots in this wall upright have 50mm pitch, that is measurement from the top of one slot to the top of the slot immediately below it. If fitting to gyprock sheet select hollow wall anchors part HW3 noting weight capacity would only be a strong as the wall sheet. Using longer 495mm length single slot wall uprights will give higher weight capacity to the bracket and shelf installation. We do not recommend using wall mates type hollow wall anchors for fitting shelving brackets to gyprock walls. For fitting these wall uprights to a masonry wall select the wall screw and plug pack part number 8430
