Very popular new size slimline high gloss finish floating shelf with a weight capacity of up to 10kg of evenly distributed load on the correctly installed shelf. Ideal for fitting into narrow areas such as corridors, foyers, reception areas, salons etc. where floor space is at a premium. Very simple to fit using the hidden bracket supplied, plus all screws and wall plugs supplied for fitting to solid brick/cement type walls. Weight capacity of all floating type shelves is vastly improved when fitting into a solid/brick type wall. When fixing to hollow gyprock walls it is recommended to fix at least one fixing hole to a stud if possible. Hollow wall fixings available here Use a minimum of 5 per bracket (5 per shelf). Please note the weight capacity of the shelf will be up to 10kg when fitted correctly by an experienced floating shelf installer using the recommended wall fixings. A correctly fitted bracket will have no visible movement between the brackets base plate and the wall surface when load is applied to the bracket rods. The installer must check this before fitting the shelf onto the bracket. The gloss finish shelf can be fitted in bathrooms or damp environments.(not recommended for fitting inside shower cubicles).
