Very popular high gloss white finish floating shelves, one of each shelf, 1200mm long, 1000mm long, and 800mm long, all x 200mm deep and 38mm in thickness are offered in this mixed triple deal, each shelf with a weight capacity of up to 10kg. Very simple to fit using the hidden bracket supplied, and all screws and wall fixings for fitting to solid brick/cement type walls. Weight capacity of all floating type shelves is vastly improved when fitting into a good condition solid brick/cement type wall. When fixing to hollow cavity walls it is recommended to fix at least one fixing hole to a stud if possible, extra holes can be drilled into the bracket base to coincide with wall studs (recommended) . Hollow wall fixings available here Use a minimum of 5 per bracket (so 5 per shelf). Please note the weight capacity of the shelves will be dependent on the strength of the gyprock wall sheeting if fitted directly into that type of wall surface but expect up to 10kg when fitted by an experienced shelving installer using the recommended wall anchors . We do not recommend using wall mates brand gyprock fixings for fitting floating shelf brackets. A correctly fitted bracket will have no visible movement between the brackets base plate and the wall surface when load is applied to the bracket rods. The High gloss finish shelves can be fitted in bathrooms or damp environments.(not recommended for fitting inside shower cubicles).
