Screws and wall plugs are included with the jam clip type brackets for use when fitting the brackets to brick / cement masonry type walls. The chrome finish jam brackets are thickness adjustable and can be used for glass, timber or laminated shelves in any length and from 6-20mm in thickness. Space the jam clips at a maximum of 50-60cm apart for the best weight capacity. The screws supplied can also be used if securing the jam clip bracket directly to a wooden stud if installing onto a hollow gyprock type wall. Use hollow wall fixings if securing the brackets directly into gyprock sheet available here , one per bracket is required. If fitting only to gyprock wall sheeting, weight capacity of the brackets will be dependent on the strength of the wall sheet. Use the jam clips for supporting shelves of a maximum depth of 200mm such as glass shelving 600x200x8mm or 800x200x8mm .
