Click here for shelves that can be fitted using these 240x190mm brackets such as the European made 800x200 Oak sand shelf, driftwood effect, white laminated, Australian made cherry or beech, or the latest European made solid oak wood shelves . Simple but very strong Birch plywood brackets for installation of any length shelf, with a maximum depth of 300mm. The long side of the bracket should be fitted against the wall for the best weight capacity. We recommend a bracket every 50cm in a solid brick type wall or to coincide with wooden studs in a stud wall. Weight capacity quoted is for correctly fitted brackets, fitted into solid brick type walls with appropriate fixings, and evenly distributed load on the brackets. As with all shelf brackets the weight capacity is dependent on the type of wall being fitted to, fixings used, and the size of shelf being fitted onto the brackets. Fit the brackets to gyprock sheet using the heavy duty wall anchors part number HW3. Use 2 fixings per bracket, weight capacity of up to 10kg per pair when fitted correctly by an experienced shelving installer.
